Photos from Mobile Mash Up!

On Saturday, April 3rd, 4 food trucks took over the parking lot of the Verdugo Bar in Glassell Park for the first “Mobile Mash Up”! We teamed up with the Grill ‘Em All truck, Frysmith, and Lomo Arigato and we all created different “mash ups” using each other’s foods and created specials just for that day!

Everyone who stopped by the Verdugo Bar on Saturday was treated to special mash ups including a Hawaiian BBQ short rib & Grill ‘Em All sriracha onions banh mi; a Frysmith kim chi & grilled beef banh mi; a Mandoline Grill vegan curry topped with jack cheese & cilantro over Frysmith fries; a Grill ‘Em All Fennel & Sausage Gravy, cheddar cheese & green onions fries; a Shawarma Style Steak with Lomo Arigato green sauce, jack cheese & cilantro fries; a Mandoline Grill chicken curry, fries, & sriracha burger; a Frysmith beef chili, cheddar, beer soaked onions, & chipotle ketchup burger; and a Frysmith kim chi fried rice from Lomo Arigato!

We all had a blast and were soo full from all the delicious food coming from all the trucks! If you didn’t get a chance to stop by on Saturday, or if you’d like to relive the fun times from this past weekend, check out the pics from the amazing photographer, Susan Ledgerwood, from that day here!

We’d like to send a special shout out to Kyle from the Verdugo Bar for being so badass and for helping us organize this amazing day!
